Before purchasing, please read our rules carefully.

1. Chargebacks

Any attempt to chargeback or dispute a payment through PayPal will result in an immediate and permanent IP ban from the TimeFall Network.

2. Delivery Time

Items (Time, Revives, Ranks) are delivered instantly via our Webhook API. If you do not receive your items within 10 minutes, please open a ticket on our Discord.

3. Transfers

Purchases are tied to the exact Minecraft Username entered at checkout. We do not transfer ranks or playtime between accounts.
